What does “Departed” mean?

"Departed" (or "departed facility / left origin") means the parcel has left a sorting hub or the origin and is moving to the next location in the network.

It pairs with "arrived at facility" as the two normal transit scans.

What to do

Nothing — the package is progressing normally. Expect an "arrived" scan at the next facility.

How long it lasts

Part of normal transit between scan points.
