Store tracking

eBay order tracking

eBay sellers choose their own carrier, so an eBay purchase can arrive by USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail or a local post. The eBay Global Shipping Program adds an extra hub leg. Paste the seller's tracking number here to follow it end to end.

Track your eBay package

Paste the tracking number from your eBay order — ParcelTrack detects the carrier, including the local last-mile carrier.

How to find your eBay tracking number

  1. Go to eBay → Purchases → the item → the tracking number is shown next to the shipment.
  2. Copy it and paste it into ParcelTrack.
  3. For Global Shipping Program items, track the new number issued at the hub.

eBay tracking FAQ

What is the eBay Global Shipping Program tracking?

Under GSP, the seller ships to a domestic hub, which re-exports your item internationally. You'll often see two numbers — the seller's to the hub, then a new international number for the onward leg. Track both here.

My eBay tracking isn't updating — what now?

Confirm the seller uploaded a valid number, then track it here. If it's genuinely stalled past the estimated delivery, contact the seller or open an eBay request.
